Commitment to Quality & Compliance
At 321AIM, we treat compliance as a feature, not a hurdle. We utilize industry-standard tools to verify consent and maintain high quality across our network. Every lead, call, and transfer that moves through the exchange carries the metadata buyers need to evaluate its origin — source, timestamp, and consent documentation where applicable.
TCPA & FCC Regulations
We require all publishers to adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and state-specific telemarketing laws. Our platform supports the routing of TrustedForm certificates and Jornaya LeadiDs to provide proof of consumer consent.
Buyers can require consent documentation as a condition of purchase on their campaigns: leads submitted without an attached certificate can be automatically rejected before they are ever delivered or billed. This puts consent verification at the point of transaction rather than after the fact.
Consent Documentation
Consent artifacts travel with the lead. When a publisher captures a TrustedForm certificate or Jornaya LeadiD at the point of opt-in, that token is passed through the exchange and stored alongside the delivery record, so both sides of the transaction can retrieve it later if a dispute or audit arises.
Publisher Vetting & Ongoing Monitoring
Publishers apply to join the network and are reviewed before they can post traffic. Once live, sources are monitored continuously through buyer feedback, return rates, and call-quality signals. Sources that generate persistent complaints or returns are paused or removed.
Data Privacy
We encrypt sensitive consumer data in transit and at rest, and maintain audit trails for all data exchanged through our platform. Access to consumer records is limited to the parties in the transaction — the publisher who generated the lead and the buyer who purchased it.
Consumers who wish to exercise privacy rights under state laws such as the CCPA can find instructions in our Privacy Policy.
Dispute & Return Handling
When a buyer believes a lead or call did not meet campaign criteria — wrong geography, invalid contact data, or missing consent documentation — they can file a return through the platform. Returns are tracked per source, which feeds directly into the monitoring described above.
